Happy and Sad
Some great memories that still makes me cry... "some will win some will loose, some of us just sings the the blues... .... don't stop believin' hold on to the feelin'...."

Daylight Savings Time
In case you haven't noticed, you are one hour into the future this morning. I missed yoga due to this fact, this was not mentioned as one of the downsides of DST on wikipedia, but I'm considering adding this. Some research indicates that DTS can cause changed cardiac rhythm for up to a month. Don't really know it it is something to get that upset with considering what will happen when you fly to a timezone that is several hours off.
So why are we DTSing? To encourage people to stay out longer in the evenings (visit restaurants and shops), and not having to get up while it is dark in the morning, are a few of the popular side effects.

Easter Monday
Easter Sunday
Cold but sunny today. Went for a long walk, for over an hour. Brought the camera but did not find that much interesting to photograph. However, at home on the balcony, while Aron is chewing away on the plants I played with Sara's macro lens. It is so much easier to get focus in the shots when it is daylight and sunshine, than indoors.
Common Houseleek embedded in ice.
Melting ice on the balcony table.

Anna said that she suspected that my cats were watching top model, since they seem to know all tricks there are about how to strike a pose. Don't think they do, they have a natural grace and a good photographer standing-by ;).
On the way home, I bought ingredients for the long since last made polenta pancakes with avocado filling. Aron is very helpful in the kitchen, sniffing, nibbling and cuddling most of the tools and ingredients.

Sneak Blogging
Couldn't stay away completely, could I? Have done lots of relaxation and thinking, and will do some more. Will do a little intermission here, because Aron is just too cute for you to miss.

It is so cold outside, and he is shaking when he walks over the snow, but those straws of grass is just too tempting to resist. My little snow leopard.

Hokusai the Second
An until recently unknown image in the "views of Fujisan" series. Now the 37th have been discovered, picturing a fighting cray fish at the foot of Mt. Fuji. (felt-tip on egg shell)
And if you got nothing better to do, please read up on Hokusai (北斎) a bit, lovely wood-prints.
Catching up with myself
I will take an Easter break from internet, blogging, watching m.a.s.h and other distractions, and spend some well deserved time with myself. In need of some thinking and catching up.
Only thing planned for the holidays is an Easter Lunch thing with the Takinamis, which I do look forward to.
Will be back on Tuesday, ready to take on the world again. Miss me millions, until then!

It Shrunk
Easter Jokers :) - There was a one kilo chocolate Easter bunny at stake. My lovely boys at the office had entered the competition over and over again. I also entered, but not with 50 contributions. Today someone called me, said they were from Ica Tuna and that I had won the competition and that I should go to Ica and pick it up. When I got there they boys were suspiciously curious, jumping around in the store. At the store they were confused, was I sure it wasn't from Malmborg's they had called me? It was so funny :) They told me that someone had cheated in the competition too, and could they see the phone number that had called me? I explained that I was pretty sure who had called me, and when I got out of the store I've got this little bunny from Lekman. Turns out that they had arranged to have a colleague of Peter's to call me, and written a manuscript for him and everything... :) However, they felt a little guilty when I told them that I had planned to give them the price.
I hope they all have very lovely Easter! See y'all on Tuesday.

Quiz at Kulturen
10 of us, 20 questions, 5,5 correctly answered. We ended up second to last. But next week "Nederlaget" will strike back. But it was a rather nice evening, all in all. Should have stayed away from that Royal Mojito at Grand Hotel and probably some other stuff as well...
