Changed the picture frames today and discovered small white hairs that made me smile.

The Spanish place was fully booked, and we started to walk around... and there is nothing to eat in Tokyo and I want to go home!!... but then we stumbled across a little Italian place. While I tried to read the menu outside, the owner came out and said that he could translate. We were convinced. Had super thin Pizza and Daniel had mafia style  spaghetti.

21th floor around shirokanedai area... felt like the room would burn up (and we were just above 20C this spring day), picked another one that I hope can stay cool, close to my current apartement, 7F (I know, seriously uncool but it felt like a place an Emma could enjoy... if I get it, there will be photos laters). 

Last night, before trying to copy entertainment to the Daniels media of choice, we had nice korean food. And, yes, the kirin draft they serve is just the right temperature (secretly dubbed it the best temperatured beer in Tokyo... pretty sure, I'm wrong... but they are doing a good job so far). 

After food and apartment hunting... look a bit tired...

Brunch at Good Honest Grub

Last night I thought that it would be really nice with some proper brunch tomorrow, and it turned out that Lu, Itoko, Daniel, Mattias and Kumiko thought it was a really good idea too. 

What Could Perhaps Be My New Place, and a Walk in the Park

The photos are from the sky lounge /gym / pool / bar area at the top floor. The flat I liked best is o the 18th floor, but the house kind of scares me. There are 600 apartments in it, and a reception area that would make most hotel jealous. Even, the real-estate guy was amazed by it. What scared me even more than the Caves-of-Steel (except that this one actually has windows) is that it is a 10 min walk to Shinjuku station and then probably another 10 min walk inside the station to make it to Yamanote line, and then 20 minutes to Shinagawa.

Just as expected, lots of people in Yoyogi koen today. We found a spot, and could enjoy a few hours in the sun. Bad points, ran out of battery in my camera really quick (only took 2 photos, the last one here). 

Little Baby Dickinson

After guiding Daniel to his flat, the Dickinson family came by to hand over the key. Little Will slept almost the whole time, but after he woke up I got to hold him for a while. And just for reference, he started to cry when I put him back in his pram, I think he likes me. :)

Spring is here!

Cherry blossom has just started, but will wait with those photos until later this week. Instead some other flowers and the Tomigaya cats in the sun.
