It was rather scary with 700m basically straight down and no fence in between, scary but very very pretty view.

Kauai Day 1

Johan, our Kauai expert, had told us that the north side of the Island gets more rain than the south, and I believe him now. We had both rain and sun every day, as could be expected with one of the most rainy places on earth just up the hill (Mt Waialeale has up to 350 rainy days per year).
