Polish People

After an hour's delay in Frankfurt am Crappy-airport-layout, I finally landed on a snowy runway in Brussels. The baggage claim area was a mess, due to several delayed flights, and even more annoying passengers. I was lucky, my bag was one of the first on the belt.

Taxi line was long, and the previous night's lack of sleep combined with  18 hours of travel started to take its toll on me. The man behind me kept walking in to my camera and computer bag. Tired, cold and hungry  Emma does not handle being bumped into very well. Luckily, a Korean man tried to cut line at that time, which was kind of entertaining.

Got in a Taxi. The Greek driver, called Anthony sang West Side Story while complaining about others driving too slow. Almost most 10 cm snow and lots of people out in the streets, driving slow could actually be a valid choice. Some people were even outside in the middle of the street, jumping around, reluctant to move. Anthony had to slow down. I asked:

- Why are they behaving like that?

He replied;

- Ehh, you know, Polish people!

Moules Frites

The Moules, very tasty, steamed in white wine and celery (Staudensellerie, Céleri, Selderij). The Frites, well they do them better home in Shibuya. I aslo tried oysters, not impressed. Brussles-Japan : (1-2)

Somebody is making a silly face, to avoid looking retarded in the photo. This strategy has its flaws.

Frankfurt Airport

Needs to be blown to pieces and rebuilt with a layout that shows a shred of sanity.

Wrist Warmers

I want! Fun thing, I'm not sure if my mother is super cool, or she has been painting, but that t-shirt goes very well with the 編み物 she made. And for those who partake in our Japanese lessons that is "ami mono" knitted things, stickade saker...

Playing with Photos of myself

Lipstick On Can

A short walk around Yoyogi

Waking up at 7 am on a Saturday is highly unusual for me, a waste of good sleeping time, but a very good use of awake time. After a few episodes of House, the weather got to nice for me to stay rolled up in a blanket on the floor; out I went.

I Japanese boy that walked by stopped when he saw I took a photo of the chimney and took one too.

Pretty hill up towards Yoyogi kooen. Just behind this, I noticed a whole little camping site of blue tents.

Karasu-san, probably one of the loud ones that keep waking me up, as soon as day light come crawling. They are pretty in a way though. Have to give them that.

International Pole Championship

A fun evening in Suidobashi, with Mary and boyfriend.

Crossing close to JCB Hall. I would say a pretty good arena if filled up properly.

Diana was competing; I cheered!

This was the better photo, where Mary did not look like she was a comptetitor in the hair style chananged division. (N.B. Mary-Emma set up would not include this class)

Me and Mary have some good ideas how to fill the room, and make the event even better. Due to patent pending and a few NDA's we are not at liberty to disclose the whole brilliance at the moment.
