but tears are not falling and there is very little pain... Had a very nice dinner with pleasant company. Shibuya in the rain, it is the rainy season after all...

And my next question, how much money do I spend every month on konbini umbrellas? I would say, and average of 1000 yen, a little less than 1 umbrellas a month.

Going All the Way

... to Yokohama with Martin. Was joined by Vjeko and Adachi part of the way too. But first in Osaki, found this passion flower growing over a wall next to the street. There were fruits too, I wonder if it will become real passion fruits of them, and when in that case. Mum?

Martin is trying to be dog owner. Adachi-san's little Toro-chan joined in for the Kamata-Kawasaki part of the walk.

23 Km later, in Yokohama. Mission completed.

Finally at home, with a few new blisters on my feet and sore muscles to be.

Nippori Nights

Metal album name? No, blogpost name, since we started Saturday night in Nippori this week.

All roads do not lead to Rome; too many seem to be leading to Roppongi. Cool light at the bar, and then dancing and playing at Muse. I enjoyed!

Before going out... should have added an after photo too, but did not think of that this morning.

Internet and phone connections are currently out of order at my parents place.

Boheme in Shib., never been down in the cellar before. Really nice. Except perhaps for theSeasnal menu and the Harf bottle of wine.

Relaxing Saturday

One of us had to vote, the other still had the Röstkort in Sweden, and felt a little bit bad about this. However, have promised to start watching the news at least.

Then we walked from the Embassy to Roppongi Hills, passing several other embassies on the way. Why is it that all the cool embassies have armed guards and preparations to shut down traffic with big iron gates, and any one can walk straight into Sweden. At least we could have some vicious looking Dalahästar standing guard outside or something. 

October fest in May... at Roppongi hills. Then walked home to Ebisu, via Hiro supermarket. Found out that there are more seasons of Six Feet Under than previously know... 

Lovely orchids at the way to the restaurant. I was easily convinced to do oysters instead of making food at home. 

Then popcorn, bubbly wine, umeshu and Henrik Schyffert on the telly. 

Then walked home from Ebisu to Shibuya at 2.30 am, the weather was so nice, and Tokyo nights are there to be enjoyed. 

Now... give me and A, give me a K, give me an I.... and so on and so forth...

Not so many people out on the street, thunder and lightning, and the curls are back. Yes and currently dry tumbling my dress.

Act of Compassion

Or survival instinct, call it what you wish. I have seen it, at the corner of my eye, not clearly in focus but I'm positive that Kitchen Liberation Front have been circling the block for some time now, or it might just have been a reflection in the window of maggot movement in the one week old pancake batter bowl. To avoid further uncertainties, difficult of breathing, violent convulsions and finally death; I did the dishes this morning.

I am now celebrating the endeavour with a cup of Assam enhanced with a spoon of cloud berry honey. He is training me well, although the Marmite still has a long way to go.
