Hot Yoga and Shibuya crossing

Today Itoko-chan was very nice and brought me to Hot Yoga in Gotanda. It was very good that she was there to help me fill in the form, even though I managed to write most of the thing myself after she helped me reading stuff, and then she explained how everything works. Where to put your clothes, where to shower. The yoga it self was pretty basic, and pretty much a very very light version of Power yoga, we did 3 sun greetings in all, an lots of other exercises. I'm not fully convinced that it is such a good idea to keep drinking all the time during the class, it makes you feel a little bit ill, and in power yoga it is a big no no to drink, because it will upset your stomach.

I will continue with the hot yoga, maybe once a week, but I think I should try and find a proper power yoga place too, because I like feeling strong :).

And, I must say, a lot has changed this time around in Tokyo. Before I really disliked shibuya, all the people made me dizzy and to be quite honest have been very close to set off a full fledge panic anxiety attack for me, a couple of years ago. But today when I stepped out on the square at the Hachiko exit, surrounded by hundreds of Japanese people with neon lights reflecting in my face, I just felt at peace, I like being part of the crowd, I like walking past night open stores, I like that the cute little Japanese girls wear high heels every day, I like the nice warm evenings, I like that people are looking at me. I must say I'm really surprised by the transformation myself.

Btw, I will bring my camera tomorrow.
