With just a little bit of soup left on the buttom of the pot, no beans in sight, rain outside, no breakfast in sight. Fear not, salvation is near, or should I say brewing, at least have been brewing. Fry rice, don't use water, pour over the lovely soup instead, let the rice become soft and the soup reduce. Add some salt. Put in a bowl, spread over some feta cheese... redemption.
And as an extra treat. Two photos from this monday when Kinga made me vongole clam spagetti... um um um.. so good that it makes you want to pick up a bible and slap Jesus.... blasphemy blasforyou.. blas for everybody in the room.
