iTunes' Customer Service Rocks!

My mail:
Hi,
I accidentally order 2 copies of the audio book, since I got error message that the store was not avaible, several times... and tried again and again.

Is there anything to do about? Is it possible to remove one of them from the billing? (It is gifted to the same person, and I think she only needs one :))

Merry Christmas,
Emma

The Reply:
Dear Emma,

Thank you for contacting iTunes Store support. My name is Pavithra and I will be assisting you today. I understand that duplicate purchase was done for the audiobook " The Lost Symbol (Abridged)" and would like to have a refund for the same.

I have reversed the charge for the duplicate purchase, which I understand was unintentional. You will see a credit of 150.89 SEK, plus any applicable taxes, in three to five business days. If store credit was used for this purchase, you should see the credit post within three to five business days. If you still do not see your store credit, you will need to sign out of the iTunes Store and sign back in.

In the unlikely event that you receive a download error in the future, please remember that it is not necessary to repurchase items when downloads are interrupted, because the items should still be in your account, waiting to be downloaded. To learn more, follow the steps in this article:

How to resume interrupted iTunes Store downloads

Hope the information resolved your issue. For further queries or concerns please write back to the same id and I will be happy to assist you.

Pavithra
iTunes Customer Support

I will be working from 9AM to 6PM on Sun, Mon, Wed, Thu and Sat.

I will go spend the refunded money, the second it comes to me... and Pavithra seems really nice... :)
