Wear Mittens

Why did not general affairs put THAT on their instructions? My hands just returned to semi-normal and I can type.

Thank you for your persistent cooperation in everyday safe and health activities.

According to weather reports, it is expected to snow from this evening (Feb 1) until early tomorrow morning.
Please take care of the following points when commuting or going out.

■ Places believed to be dangerous (slippery)
• Areas with a normally unnoticeable slope such as intersections and the boundaries between footpaths and pedestrian crossings.
• Lines on pedestrian crossings and manhole covers
• Tiled underground areas and store entrances

■ How to walk safely
• Walk with smaller strides than usual
• Bend your knees a little and lean forward slightly as you walk
• Lower your center of gravity and walk with the entire surface of your shoes in contact with the ground
• Take care when starting to walk or changing speed because falls often occur at such times

■ Other
• Have time to spare when going somewhere
• Avoid distracting behavior such as using a mobile phone while walking
• Do not use an umbrella in a way that hinders walking
• Wear shoes that are not susceptible to slipping

Nån borde spela in en instruktionsfilm. Finns det nån motsvarighet till Anslagstavlan i Japan?

Tur inte vi är i Japan vi hade skrattat åt det slasket. Vilka regler hade de gått ut med om ni haft så mycket snö som vi?
