I did not eat the goose thingy.. wtf is that about? But the rest of the salad was soo good. Tasty, and pretty.. colours textures, shapes. Wood Sorrel and dill... I think that could be made into some type of cocktail...
Wine Menu was good too, mostly whites.
Duck... hmm.. not overly impressed... But then there were a snapper that was just brilliant. Plankstek with a twist... forest theme...
And then to round it off; how could they make you pick?
Then ginza line back to shibi... and a tour under the tracks.
