and... day 3

After a slow start, I took a walk to Roppongi and had a sandwich at Tully's. Then visited Mori Art Gallery's show "Simple forms". Very interesting exhibition. 


The Tokyo Sky view was partly closed down, seems they are doing some remodelling up there. 




And then it was time for dinner. We tried a new place that I haven't been to before. Super tasty fresh food, with focus on organic and local produce. 

Blue-berry vinegar & Ume mojito 
First a little spoon of summer. 
Then a whole little vegetable garden planted in panko flakes. 
Lots of red peppar
BBQ:ed corn soup, served cold. Yes and you can see the ochoko in the background. Very nice nihonshu.
BBQ:ed veggies with super tasty salt, followed by a cold tofu nabe (with cucumber, sallad, glas noodles and more)
Anago (sea eel) with ginger, nori and rise.
