So Xiu (got to love the spelling of that name) took me out for lunch to day, Chinese shabu-shabu; in a way it is very much like Ossie football - no rules! Everything I have learned about manners, order, time, ingredients just went out the window... I saw them boil the egg in the pot, with the shell on... I have not seen that since back in 2005 when an English girl in a Tokyo world, pushed the limits... yes Ms Tokyo Girl down under, you know who you are.
